Solution
The reason you receive the error is because there is something wrong with the color swatches in Color; to fix this issue, you will need to rename the Color swatch folder so that a new default one can be created, you can do this by doing the following:
Close Color
Browse to (My) Documents
Look for DynaScapeCLR
Right-click on the folder and choose rename
Add -old to the folder name
Open Color.
If you had Color customizations, you will need to restore them from the –old folder into the new DynaSCAPCLR folder.
