Text Size
You can change the text size for your entire drawing by following the below instructions:
For Leader text: Go to the “Revise Text With Leader Attributes” tool in the advanced toolbox, click on the Text tab, put the same value in the height and width, left click on the text you would like to change, press [Ctrl+A] to select all the leader text then right-click to apply the change.
For Regular text: Go to the “Revise Text Attributes” tool in the advanced toolbox, put the same value in the height and width, left click on the text you would like to change, press [Ctrl+A] to select all the leader text then right-click to apply the change.
Please note that the leader text should be legible in the scale it was created for, if you change the scale mid drawing then this may cause the labels to be smaller or larger depending if you increased or decreased the scale of the drawing. The text for each scale should be as follows, Scale to Default Text size:
1”=4’ – 8”
1”=8’ – 1’1”
1”=10’ – 1’4”
1”=16’ – 2’
1”=20’ – 2’ 6”
You can save your drawing as PDF to see if you are satisfied with the size of the text.
