Place Dimensions
You can have the dimension placed inside the arrows by following these directions:
Open your drawing
Go to menu: Entity> Dimension > Arrows
Under the Dimension Arrow Settings option of Flipped choose Inside.
Please Note: These setting only affect the drawing you are working on. If you are going to be using this setting often, it would be advised to create prototypes with this setting. Please review the section entitled Creating Custom Prototypes (templates) in Online-help Design Manual or by opening Design, going to Help > Online User Manual.
