Please review the following scenarios and solutions:

Incorrect Date, Time, Time Zone:
Make sure that the Computer is showing the correct Date, Time and Time Zone. DynaScape requires your time to be synced within 5 minutes of our server. You can verify the Time and Date using this web site: www.timeanddate.com;
Windows 10: Ensure Set Time Zone Automatically is ON and Adjust for daylight saving time automatically ON.
Firewall or Security/Antivirus Software is preventing the program from updating; disable the Firewall and Security/Antivirus software on the system then try to update again, if this resolves the issue you will need to have an IT person troubleshoot the Firewall or Antivirus software to allow DS Design a connection to the internet. If this does not resolve your issue, please continue to Step 3.
User security or permission level is too low; if the above does not allow you to download the update, right-click on the Check for DynaScape Design updates and choose Run as administrator. If you are prompted to enter a username and password enter an administrator username/password.
