Import 3D DXF with grade values
The DynaScape Design import allows you to bring a 3D .DWG or .DXF file into Design to use as a base plan or drawing.
Steps to Import a 3D DWG/DXF File
Select File > Import > 3D dwg/dxf grade measurements as a new drawing.
Browse and select the DWG/DXF File: The polyline will be imported similar to the result when using the existing Import for DWG/DXF files.
Z-Values: Using the 3D import, the Z-values will be added as text on the Grades layer at the position where a measurement was taken.
