Outline a Figure for Hatching
To make hatching around figures easier we have created a tool called ‘Outline A Figure For Hatching’. This tool will create a closed polyline on the Temp layer around your figure or figures so when the hatch pattern is placed behind it the hatch does not show through the figure.
Here is a quick tutorial video to show you how the tool is executed. Please note that the figure must have a color setup layer attached to the figure for this tool to work. Most DynaScape figures have this layer but if you have created your own those might not have had the Color Setup layer added to the figure when it was created.
